How We Supervise you?
Dietary Supervision is Zainab Sarwar’s forte. Once she designs an individual’s diet therapy, she strictly supervises her/ him personally so that her clients won’t fall off this fitness bandwagon. She is available on her personal Whatsapp 24/7 to her clients.
People need to take snap shot of their meal plates and send it to her everyday.
Zainab rectifies diet whenever it’s needed. Dietary changes will be made if some diet combination doesn’t suit a person well. Also weekly evaluation will be done on an individual’s progress. You can send in your favorite recipes to her and she will tell you how to make them part of your diet regimen.
At Moksha, we create our own recipes so our clients don’t feel deprived while following a diet regimen. Once you are under Zainab’s supervision, you can plan your dine-outs ahead and can send menu of your favorite restaurant to her and she will advice you what to eat from it without affecting your diet regimen. Through this complete dietary supervision, our clients gain a lot of insight about how to make it a lifestyle change. They end up busting a lot of diet myths and learn new things.
