Yoga Retreat - Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions (Terms) are between the Yoga Retreat organizers (Moksha Lifestyle Dubai and Offto Resort Hunza), their successors and assignees (collectively referred to as “Organizers”) and you, the person, organization or entity that purchases services from us (referred to as “client”) and collectively the Parties.


The client have requested the services, described on and able to be ordered via the Organizers website: (Site), via email or contacting the company directly by phone (Services). 

The client agree that these terms form the agreement under which the Organizers will provide services to the client. The client should read these terms carefully and contact the Organizers if they have any questions, using the contact details at the end of these Terms.


  • Using or purchasing the Organizers services including ticking an online acceptance box when completing the order form or ordering the services via email or phone to book the Retreat; 

  • Confirming by email that the client accept these terms; 
    Instructing the Organizers to proceed with the services; or 
    Making any payment for the services, the client acknowledge they have read these terms and contact the Organizers if needed.

  • That the client has accepted and will comply with these terms, and that the client is 18 years or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian who is 18 years or older.

  • The client must not submit a Booking Form or otherwise order the services if they are under 18 years of age or do not have the consent of a legal guardian who is 18 years or older. 



A contract for the services is made between the Organizers & the client upon the issue of a formal written confirmation (e-mail) of booking by the Organizers

The contract is subject to these booking conditions which the client has been deemed to have read & fully understood. These booking conditions can only be varied by written agreement between the Organizers & the client.


To place a booking with the Organizers, the Organizers require a completed booking form together with the payment of the sum of USD 1500.00 (or AED 5500) per person. If a booking is made by telephone or e-mail, the client shall be deemed to have read & fully understood these conditions & signed the declaration on the booking form. All bookings are provisional & are only confirmed when the deposit payment has cleared the Organizers bank account & a formal email confirmation has been sent to the client detailing their formal reservation confirmation, the retreat date, retreat reservation notes & information which include details of the retreats complimentary airport transfer service, plus guest questionnaire.

After a reservation has been made by the client, the client should not book their preferred flights until the reservation has been confirmed by the Organizers in the form of a formal confirmation sent via email which will include: formal confirmation of the retreat date & program chosen, retreat reservation notes & information.

The Organizers reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.


The fee payable at the time of booking shall include the planning, organizing & delivery of the proposed services.

Upon the successful payment of the retreat fee by the client a contract is formed for the agreed program to be delivered.

Depending on client’s selected payment method, bank, card issuer and/or the financial institution processing client’s transaction, the client may be subject to additional fees and charges including but not limited to cross border, exchange or currency conversion fees and/or transaction fees. Such fees and charges vary by country and/or currency and are subject to change at the discretion of the client’ bank, card issuer and/or financial institution (as applicable). The client acknowledge and agree that the Organizers are not responsible for such fees and charges which may fluctuate subject to change in exchange rates.


The fee does not include any international travel cost including international tickets and visa cost. It is the responsibility of the client to make all travel arrangements including any accommodation up to Islamabad, Pakistan.

The client is responsible for their own personal medical needs / requirements, clothing & footwear for the duration of the services.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the Organizers in writing of any past, present or potential health issues that may make them unsuitable to participate in the services agreed, failure to disclose any such information may result in the Organizers terminating the contract & withdrawing the client from the services without refund, notwithstanding conditions of cancelation by the Organizers. If a letter of suitability is required from a guests medical professional then this must be sent to & received by the Organizers a minimum of  15 days prior to a retreats start date. 

It is the clients sole responsibility to ensure that they have purchased comprehensive & appropriate travel & medical insurance for the full duration of their retreat.




All clients using the Organizers services should be aware that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. In making a booking with the Organizers, the client agree to assume such risk & agree to release & discharge the organizers from any & all claims for liability, injury, loss & or damage arising from their participation in the Organisers’s services.

If the client has any medical condition/s that may make them unsuitable to participate & or may impact on their participation in the Organizers services, the client is required to notify the Organizers of them in full prior to making their reservation / booking.


If the Organizers or any member of the organizing team believe that client health or safety is at risk or if the client has failed to disclose to the company in writing any illness, injury or any previous or current medical or health condition / reason that could potentially impact on their ability to participate in the Organizers services, this could result in the Organizer’s refusal to allow the client to participate in all / part of the services. In such a situation, the client’s contract may be terminated by the Organizer at the sole discretion of the Organizers without refund or compensation.

Subject to prior notification to the contrary in writing by the client to the Organizers, the client must confirm that he / she is of good mental & physical health &  not aware of any reason why they may not be unable & or unsuited to participate in the Organizer’s services & or may be likely to suffer illness or injury whilst participating in the services provided by the company.


It is always advisable to consult with a Doctor prior to beginning any type of exercise program / regime.

The Organizers strongly recommend that when choosing a comprehensive travel insurance that the cover includes personal accident, cancellation insurance plus full Covid cover for all Covid related eventualities.





If the client wishes to cancel the reservation / contract they must advise the Organizers in writing / via confirmed email as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation of the contract will be subject to the following cancellation charges. For the avoidance of doubt the cancellation charges are based on the number of days before the arrival date of the services.


Date of cancellation – Cancellation charge

7 days before start of retreat: no refund shall be issued.

15 days before start of retreat: 25% of the amount is refundable.

30 days before start of retreat: 50% of the amount is refundable.

45 days before start of retreat: 75% of the amount is refundable.



The organizers will always endeavour to fulfil confirmed bookings, however, the Organizers do reserve the right to cancel a scheduled retreat date or an individual booking / reservation . If the Organizers cancels a booking prior to the commencement of the services in case of incidents or political nature or natural disasters e.g. floods, earthquake or landsliding, the client will be offered an alternative date, or where applicable a full refund of all monies paid by the client (minus credit card charges) for the specified reservation.


The Organizers reserves the right to alter the content of the services at any time without notice to the client due to certain factors, including, but not limited to the weather, staff, & any physical fitness of the clients.

Any information on / about the Organizers services published by the Organizers for their literature & web site is designed for illustrative purposes only.

If the client elects not to participate in any of the services being provided, the Organizers have no obligation to provide an alternative activity or service & the client will not be entitled to a refund.

The client must refrain from any illegal act or any conduct physical or verbal which may give offence or cause danger or damage to any person or property. If the Organizers or any of their team members, venue staff, consultants or agents become aware of any such action then the Organizers or any of its team member, venue staff consultants or agents may at their absolute discretion have the client removed immediately from any property or facility without any refund or compensation. the Organizers will have no liability whatsoever to the client under such circumstances.


EXTRA COSTS: costs incurred by guests while at the retreat

All spa & holistic therapies, private 1-2-1 appointments with any of the retreat team health & wellbeing members, additional meals, snacks etc will be charged as extras to the cost of the retreat.

Failure of a guest to settle their account (extras) in full prior to departure will result in the guests credit card being charged for the appropriate amount, in addition an administration fee equal to 25% of the total unpaid bill will be added to the charge.

If a guest has a query / feels that there is a discrepancy with any additional charges then they must make this known to the organizers by 6.00pm / 18.00 at the latest on the last full day of the retreat either in person or via email. The last full day will be deemed to be the last full retreat day prior to the retreats official departure day.




All meals and drinks at the resort and meals arranged by the organizers on excursions / sessions outside the resort premises.



The Organizers venue has accommodation based on independent rooms. There will be no maid service offered, the organizers operates a privacy policy for its guests & the hotel staff respect this, if a guest requires supplies ( fresh towels etc ) or a technician in their suite the venue staff will only enter when either the guest is in attendance or with the permission of the guest, the exception is an emergency situation.

If a guest requests additional night/s at the venue, it must be understood that they will be provided strictly on an accommodation only basis, & additional nights will not include any of the services provided during the retreat. Each additional night will be charged at the appropriate rate & must be paid to the Front Office at the venue (Offto Resort, Karimabad, Hunza).

The retreat will be deemed to finish at 10.00 am exactly on the retreats official day of departure as specified by the Organizers.


Mode of transportation:

Organizers will arrange return air ticket from Islamabad to Gilgit and by road travel from Gilgit airport to retreat venue in Hunza. Flights from Islamabad to Gilgit are subject to weather, incase of flight cancellation organizers will manage by road travel from Islamabad to Gilgit or return. Drive time from Islamabad to Hunza is approximately 14 to 16 hours. Organizer will try to make by road travel very convenient and responsible for all meals drinks during by road travel. Client must inform organizers incase of any travel related sickness / inability to travel by road.




None of the exclusions & limitations in these conditions are intended to limit any rights the client may have under statute or common law which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit liability to the client for personal injury or death resulting from the Organizers negligence or that of its employees or agents, or for any liability incurred as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Organizers.


The client understands that attending any activity or service provided by the Organizers involves some level of risk. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury or even death. By attending any activity or service provided by the Organizers the client agrees to assume these risks & agrees to release & discharge the Organizers & its owners, directors, employees & agents from any & all claims for liability.


The Organizers will not accept responsibility for services or facilities which do not form part of this agreement or where they are not advertised by the Organizers e.g. any excursion the client books whilst on the retreat, or any service or facility which any other supplier agrees to provide for the client. Additionally, any excursions, tours, activities, or other events that the client may choose to book or pay for through the Organizers or whilst the client is on retreat are not part of the Services provided by the company, these terms and conditions do not apply. For any other services where the Organizers are not the supplier of it, the Organizers will not be responsible for anything that happens during the course of its provision by any other supplier. Please note that this position also includes all hazardous activities.


Neither the Organizers nor any of its owner, directors, employees or agents will be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property belonging to the client during the services.

***It is the sole responsibility of the client to purchase full & adequate medical, personal injury & holiday insurance for the full duration of their stay with the Organizers.

All guests must refrain from any illegal act or any conduct unbecoming a retreat guest, conduct or language which may give offence to a team member or guest or any act which may cause damage to property.  If the Organizers or any of their staff, consultants or agents become aware of any such act / conduct then the Organizers & its agents may, at their absolute discretion, ask the client to leave the premises, property or facility, this will be without refund or compensation to the guest, in these circumstances the Organizers will have no further responsibility or liability to the guest.



The Organizers reserve the right to take any photos / recordings of the client during the services, & the client accepts that all rights whatsoever arising in the recordings shall be solely owned by the Organizers. The client accepts & agrees that any photos / recordings may be used by the Organizers at its absolute discretion in any manner, including but not limited to its web site, promotional material & advertisements.



In order to process the client’s booking and meet their requirements, the Organizers may have to pass client’s personal details on to the relevant suppliers of the travel arrangements. The Organizers would also like to hold client’s information (including any email address), where collected by the Organizers, for the Organizer’s own future marketing purposes. If the client do not wish to receive such approaches in future, the client must inform the Organizers as soon as possible.




The Organizers reserves all copyright which may subsist in the products of, or in connection with, the provision of all activities, services or facilities. The Organizers reserves the right to take such actions as it deems appropriate or necessary to restrain or prevent infringement of such copyright.




These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, the courts of which shall have exclusion jurisdiction.
